Returns & Refunds
All shipped orders are final sale. We do not accept exchanges. At our discretion we may accept returns on defective items only. The returns may incur a fee or the customer may be partially refunded without the need to return the item.
For any refund requests, contact us at support@overinaway.com with your order number and the specific details of what was the problem. Please include photos of the products involved.
Damaged Goods
Any damages occurring due to shipping will be remedied using the shipping carriers' insurance. If your purchases have been damaged during shipping, you can contact us at support@overinaway.com.
