Shipping policy

We ship only to Barbados, Canada and the continental United States of America.

Handling Time: It can take a minimum of 5 business days before items are sourced and packaged for shipping. It may take longer depending on the availability of stock and the size and type of orders being processed.

PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Any orders with PO Box shipping addresses will be cancelled.

Shipping Address: All orders are shipped out of Toronto, Canada. For orders to the USA, we only ship to the continental USA. Non-continental USA orders will be cancelled.

Canada

Within Canada orders are shipped by courier (UPS/Fedex) or Canada Post. The shipping option will depend on the order size and the speed of shipping available. Orders often only take 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped. On high value orders we require a signature.

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are flat rate. From US$20 for orders up to US$100 in value. Shipping is free for orders $US 100 in value and above.

United States of America

Within the continental USA orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post. They may ship through USPS, UPS or Fedex overland or by air. The shipping option will depend on the order size and the speed of shipping available. Orders often only take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. On high value orders we require a signature.

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are flat rate. From US$20 for orders up to US$100 in value. Shipping is free for orders $US 100 in value and above.

Barbados

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are flat rate. US$30 for orders up to US$75 in value. Shipping is free for orders $US 75 in value and above.

For shipping to the island of Barbados we currently ship by sea only. Items are packaged in a mix of boxes or barrels chosen depending on the size of the order. 

 IMPORTANT: Your shipping name and address must match the government ID of the person picking up the order. The phone number provided must be valid and active.

If you wish to fill a barrel with multiple orders make a note in the first order in the "Order Special Instructions". In the other orders after that reference the original order number and we will package everything into a single order. If you need to add items to a previous order but it is less than the Free Shipping requirement, email us at support@overinaway.com or use the contact page.

Orders are accepted by the freight company weekly and take approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive. It can take anywhere up to 2 weeks to prepare and pack orders depending on the current order volume and product availability. Some items may take a little longer to ship eg: flat screen televisions, some gaming consoles.

Shipments by sea to Barbados: We aim to pack all items safely for shipment. We may open some larger packages to better fit the items in the available space. Larger items will be opened only if their contents are individually wrapped. Example: a large box of baby wipes may contain up to 10 flip top containers. To make good use of space we may open the outer box and pack the individual containers between other items.

Shipment Arrival In Barbados

1. The shipping agent will call you when your package has arrived. They will provide you with the necessary details on how to pickup your package. The package is often held in the shipping agent's warehouse making it easier to pickup than in the main Port.

2. Additional fees must be paid including customs duties and taxes and the shipping agents fee. The duties applied to personal effects in boxes and barrels shipped by sea are typically much lower than those shipped by air and is at the discretion of the assessing customs officer.

3. Be prepared to transport your package from the port to your home.
